Meet Rollin FOKO a winner of the 2020 edition of the Cameroon Heroes Award, in the category of impact of empowerment coaching activities. He is the founder and chairman of M2B Conseils PLC in Douala, a certified, graduate of university of Douala and CNAM Paris INTEC. He is business plan specialist with 23 years of work experience as a consultant, particularly helping entrepreneur find local and foreign investors.
He works with Cameroonian and African entrepreneurs with business ideas in many sectors, including forestry manufacturing, food processing, packaging, mining, haulage, telecommunication, real estates, service and others. Rollin FOKO is the founding member and program manager of many entrepreneurship association in Cameroun, trainer, mentor, French facilitator at TEF-UNDP 2019, Rollin FOKO has trained, mentored and financed program of 100000 African entrepreneurs to be empowered in in 10 years by the united nations development program (UNDP) in partnership with the Tony ELUMELU Foundation (TEF), consultant/trainer TEF-UNDP Mali Covid 2020.
Rollin was the winner of Cameroon Heroes Award because of the impact of his empowerment coaching activities which has touched many lives. All nominees had a 40% votes from the general public, 50% votes from the commission of independent judges and 10% votes from the GAICAM board. The judges which constituted 5% of the vote had to carry out their background checks and private reviews in order to independently pass their judgment to whether the candidate deserve the award or not. Rollin FOKO had a 20% vote from our independent commission of judges, a 14.54% vote from the general public and a 6% vote from the GAICAM board. Making a total vote of 36.54% final results with the runner up having 35.6% which made him the winner of the said category.
