Meet Heroes Nation, the winner of the 2020 edition of the Cameroon Heroes Awards, in the category of Impact Empowerment Institution of the year. It is owned by Mike Oladipo. He has through his online leadership school in the last two years trained over 2000 leaders in Cameroon across all regions. Mike Oladipo through his consulting firm, Heroes Nation, has trained over 120 professionals among which are certified management consultants, certified human resource professionals, certified professional managers and administrators, and certified project management professionals.
Heroes Nation has impacted directly through conference training over 4,000 Cameroonians between March 2020 and December 2020 with training in the areas of leadership mastery, entrepreneurship development, and community impact. He has as mission to raise responsible global leaders and leading heroes for national significance and global relevance Heroes Nation in 2020 consulted for over 10 businesses and organizations in Cameroon, helping them attain structure optimization, staff peak performance and expansion strategy modeling. He has helped over 15 Cameroonians start their businesses, companies, and organizations from the scratch.
Heroes Nation was nominated for the Cameroon Heroes Awards because of the impact of their youth empowerment activities on leadership which has helped most. All nominees had a 40% vote from the general public, 50% from the commission of independent judges and 10% from the GAICAM board. The judges which constituted 50% of the votes had to carry out their background check and private review in order to independently pass their judgment to whether the candidate deserves the award or not. Heroes Nation had a 23% vote from our independent commission of judges, a 14.87% vote from the general public and a 4% vote from the GAICAM board. Making a total vote of 41.87% final results with the runner up having 41.58% which made her the winner of the said category.
Congratulations once again Heroes nation for your hard work. You have greatly contributed to the growth and development of your community. You have been an inspiration to many youths and Cameroon at large through your empowerment activities. This has made our Hero of the year in this category.
